About Me

Hi,

My name is Oli Porter, and I’m the Founder and Life Coach behind Words Are Rich LLC. After spending 10 years incarcerated, I understand firsthand the challenges of overcoming adversity and the power of transformation.

During my time inside, I was deeply involved in the very activities that led me there—selling drugs, gang involvement, and a destructive lifestyle. But through self-help classes and a commitment to personal growth, I discovered my “why,” which became the foundation for my purpose.

I developed a curriculum called The Path of Reconstruction to assist others in changing destructive thinking patterns and reclaiming their Power Of Choice. Whether working with at-risk youth, incarcerated individuals, or those reentering society, my mission is to guide others toward a purposeful and successful life.

At Words Are Rich LLC, we believe that adversity doesn’t define you—it refines you. Through our Correspondence programs, Group workshops, and One-on-One Coaching, we empower individuals to transform their mindset and embrace a future filled with confidence and purpose.
