Oli Porter is a Transformation Coach, 3× Author (including a bestselling title), and the CEO of Words Are Rich LLC, as well as the Founder of the Words Are Rich Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to youth and family empowerment.

After spending over a decade incarcerated and being named the “poster child of rehabilitation,” Oli Porter transformed his life from addiction and criminal behavior into one of purpose, leadership, and service. Today, he uses his lived experience as a bridge—not a barrier—to empower others through coaching, mentorship, and education.

Through his signature curriculum-guided programs, Oli Porter works with youth and young adults ages 12–25, focusing on emotional intelligence, accountability, identity development, and life skills that help close the gap between adversity and opportunity. His work equips individuals and families with practical tools to build resilience, restore confidence, and create lasting change.
